If it can still read it and play it, try pressing triangle in the XMB and selecting eject disc. If the PS3 is still in warranty, (1 year as of purchase, or an extended warranty sold from the retailer), contact Sony, they will send you a box and a sheet of paper that will ask what’s wrong with it and what’s inside the system.
