hey…i am looking to buy a blu-ray disc player and I have read many reviews…some say that the PS3 is the best blu-ray disc player…I mainly want it for the films…Does the 40GB already come with the firmware update and does it upscale standard dvds?

I am a little confused on how all this works, is it possible to download a movie from a website in hd format(which I understand is MPEG-2,MPEG-4,etc…) burn it to a Blu-Ray disc and play it through a PS3 or Blu-Ray player? If so, do they even sell rewriteable Blu-ray discs?

I’ve tried other blu ray movies and work just fine but when I watch the incredible hulk movie the player powers off on the same spot and even started movie on different scene powers off also. I’ve already returned movie for another hulk movie and does the same thing on the same spot.

luke111199 asked:

do you need to have a certain type of t.v. to show the effectiveness of blue ray dvd players ? or will blue ray dvd’s be better no matter what kind of t.v. you have ? thanks !!!
